Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist is preferred, and familiarity with Best Practice software is beneficial but not essential. Role & Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday Roster
- Be the first point of contact for patients, delivering exceptional service in person and over the phone.
- Manage a high volume of calls, providing assistance to patients with script-related inquiries and offering clear, helpful guidance.
- Manage patient appointments, data, invoicing, and Medicare/Workcover claims with accuracy.
- Demonstrate empathy and cultural sensitivity while supporting patients' needs.
- Handle daily reconciliations and manage online inquiries and mail.
