Full-Time Medical Receptionist
to join our friendly and supportive team.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in ensuring our front desk runs smoothly and our patients have a great experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage patient bookings, recalls, and appointment schedules
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
  • Process billings, Medicare claims, and payments accurately
  • Maintain patient records and confidentiality
  • Support the clinical team with general administrative duties
  • Ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in
    medical reception or administration
    (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
  • Confident with computers and practice management software (
    Best Practice
    experience highly regarded)
  • Professional, well-presented, and team-oriented
  • Arabic-speaking applicants are strongly encouraged to apply
    (majority of our patients are Arabic-speaking)
