Our client has a strong foundation in Digital Place-Based media, advancing into a new era - smarter audience measurement, direct-to-client growth, expanding programmatic capabilities, and richer content and creative integration.
The nationwide network spans cafés, licensed venues, indoor sports & leisure spaces, and medical centres. These high-dwell environments give the company a unique ability to deliver meaningful, contextually relevant brand connections powered by data and insights.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a proven but evolving sales engine, grow the pipeline, strengthen agency and direct relationships, and inspire a team to perform at their best.
What you'll do
- Drive revenue growth through smarter product, pricing and pipeline management
- Deep dive into the market footprint to unlock new verticals and opportunities
- Build stronger agency and direct partnerships, ensuring we're in the right rooms with the right people
- Accelerate the programmatic offer to stay ahead of the market
- Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and content teams to bring bold, creative ideas to life for clients
- Lead, coach, and upskill a talented team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and performance
- Refine operational processes, CRM usage, and reporting to create "next level" sales excellence
Who we're looking for
- An ambitious senior agency sales leader ready to step up into your first head-of-department role. A media sales leader keen to join something entrepreneurial and help shape its next phase

- A track record of building and growing senior agency/brand relationships
- Strong leadership discipline with a collaborative, coaching style
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, high cadence environment
