We are looking for a Sports Administrator to come on board and join the team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Director, you will be driving the business forward in an administrative role that will be crucial to the organisation's goals. This role is office-based in the Sydney CBD.

Must have working rights in Australia. Potential to sponsor the right candidate. 

Qualifications & experience

  • Sports coaching/playing experience
  • Paid Working with Children check (WWCC)
  • Sports Administration background (preferred)
  • Proficient in IT (word, excel & CRM's)

Tasks and responsibilities (reporting to the Director)

  • Recruitment and onboarding of coaches across a variety of sports at Schools and Clubs
  • Administration duties include managing CRM, documents, email, and phone contact with staff and clients
  • Fulfilling roles based in schools (various), OSHC centres, clubs and vacation care centres
  • Working closely with the Head of National Operations
