The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our national Finance team on a full-time basis. This role reports to our Finance Manager based in Brisbane and works closely with Finance team members across all offices nationally.

This is a true generalist finance role, not purely Accounts Payable. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of finance administration functions, including:

  • Processing accounts payable (entering invoices and preparing daily payments)
  • Managing accounts receivable and staff/client disbursements
  • Completing daily banking and payment reconciliations
  • Preparing monthly bank reconciliations for allocated accounts
  • Maintaining trust accounts and assisting with end-of-month billings
  • Managing the Finance help desk and responding to queries from internal stakeholders

This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, where priorities can shift quickly. The ideal candidate will thrive on variety, work well under pressure, and take ownership of their responsibilities.
