Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the finance team with customers and admin
  • Data entry
  • Coordinate daily financial tasks
  • Prepare and submit accurate documentation in a timely manner
  • Assist dealership staff on understanding finance and insurance introductions/offerings
  • Receipt deposits for vehicle purchased
  • Balance out payments and invoices for delivery of vehicles

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an admin-based role
  • Driven, goal-oriented and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
  • High attention to detail
