ABOUT THE JOB

Integrity is currently looking for an enthusiastic administrative officer. This is an ongoing full time role (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm).

You will join a dedicated team and be and responsible for assisting our administrative staff.  This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a fast-paced and growing company.

Main tasks will include:

  • Assisting with general enquiries
  • Answering and directing phone calls to relevant departments
  • Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
  • Ordering and taking stock of promotional material
  • General administration
  • Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Some basic accounts task
  • Data entry

  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and IT solutions
  • Experience in administration is an advantage but not essential
