About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Accounts and Office Allrounder to join our team at IMPACT BLINDS AND CURTAINS' in Pakenham South, VIC. This full-time position is crucial in supporting the smooth running of our Accounts and Administration functions. You will play a key role in maintaining our financial records, processing payments, and contributing to the overall day-to-day operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing accounts payable and receivable duties, including invoicing, reconciling statements, and processing payments
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and reporting
  • Assisting with payroll and human resources-related tasks
  • Providing general administrative support, such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and filing
  • Collaborating with the broader team to ensure efficient office operations
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar accounts and office administration role, preferably within the Accounting industry
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as MYOB
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
