- Serving of Customers in Store
New Customer Onboarding
Set up new customers in RMA Route software
- Set up Credit Card payment schedules and processing
- Pick and pack postal orders
Existing Customers
Maintenance of records
- Updating credit card details and email addresses
- Updating Purchase Orders
- Overdue Account Calls
- Daily processing and updating of sales notes from drivers runs
- Equipment Inventory processing
- Uploading of new equipment
- Completion of equipment movement in RMA route software
- EOM Processing and reporting
- Filing of paperwork
- Any other tasks and projects as directed by management
- Observe and practice OH&S and Quality policy, guidelines and procedures.
