The role:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Administration Officer / Customer Service person to join our team on a full time basis. The successful applicant must be able to provide coverage for our front desk as required between Monday to Friday and answer phone calls. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
The role will include but not be limited to the following tasks:
- Provide front desk support by greeting visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling incoming phone calls, directing callers to the appropriate person and / or taking a detailed message
- Providing general administrative support, including mailbox management, data entry, document management and managing stationery & kitchen supplies
- Co-ordinate the booking and scheduling of Quotes for site visits and setting up new customers in Quickbooks
- Assisting other team members as directed and required
Your background:
- Previous experience in a similar Administration / Customer Service role and competent with using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with data entry into Quickbooks
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly personality
- Commitment to a team environment and able to work independently if required
- Australian Drivers Licence
