The Specialist Pain Centre - Located in Sydney Adventist Hosiptial

We are looking for an experienced medical secretary/receptionist to work in a small specialist medical (Pain Management) practice on a part time basis on Mondays - 1 day per week. (And possibly some half days on Wed or Friday.)

Should have good communication and computer skills - preferably experience with medical software and Microsoft office. Basic book keeping and accounts skills a bonus.

*An option for more hours exists for the right candidate who would like to work additional hours as a Personal Assistant for the Practicing Doctor. (remote from own home)

Duties would include:

  • 10 hrs per week (remote)
  • Emails & Phone calls
  • Drafting letters
  • Managing schedule for the Dr's brother who has a disability. (remotely)

*Please note: you will be expected to work in clinic physicaly on location and if desired who can also work additional hours from home as a Personal Assistant.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour
