The Role:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with landlords and tenants through effective communication
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 130 high end residential properties
  • Conduct thorough inspections, including move-in, move-out, and routine visits
  • Manage rent arrears and coordinate property maintenance and repairs
  • Represent the agency at NCAT hearings and other proceedings as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience or exposure to commercial property management is highly advantageous; however, motivated residential Property Managers interested in broadening their expertise are encouraged to apply
  • A proactive, diligent, and passionate approach to property management
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
