We are an independent boutique agency. Our office is located in Nelson Bay, NSW.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager, with a high attention to detail and flawless communication skills.

This role includes all aspects of property management, including but not limited to;


• Build strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants and provide exceptional customer service


• Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and promptly attend to repairs and maintenance


• Conduct inspections and prepare condition reports


• Process tenancy applications, lease commencements, and terminations


• Negotiate lease renewals and rental increases


• Manage Arrears

To support this role, we have a partnership with URBAN X who completes daily rent receipting and mid and end-of-month disbursements as well as the support from our Receptionist for certain tasks.

• Strong work ethic and mature approach


• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills


• Reliability, honesty, and integrity


• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act


• Having knowledge of the local area and market status

You must have previous property management experience and, of course, have the proper license/qualifications for the role.

You must also hold a current Driver's License as you will be required to use your own car.

You will work adjacent to our renowned selling team who have an incredible work culture and will be a great source of leads. Bonus structures will be in place to ensure your work gets rewarded.

This is a full-time position and we are looking for either an immediate start or if not immediate than prior to the 1st of December 2025.
