Your Role:

As our Property Management Assistant, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Routine Inspections: Ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standard by performing regular inspections.
  • Tenant Enquiries: Responding to and addressing all tenant inquiries, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Ingoing and Outgoing Inspections: Organising and conducting property inspections for incoming and outgoing tenants, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Repairs and Maintenance Coordination: Overseeing the prompt resolution of maintenance issues, liaising with contractors, and ensuring timely service delivery.

  • Valid Driver's License and Access to a Car: You'll be on the go, conducting inspections and meetings, so a driver's license and access to a car are required.
