We're now looking for an exceptional Practice Manager to join our team — someone with strong leadership, organisational excellence, and a heart for people.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will be the backbone of our clinic operations — leading both our admin and clinical teams to ensure the practice runs smoothly, efficiently, and always with clients at the centre.

Your role will involve:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and systems that keep our clinic thriving.
  • Managing clinician schedules and client bookings with precision and care.
  • Monitoring billing, invoicing, and Medicare claims to support financial health.
  • Leading intake, referrals, and client matching to ensure families feel supported from their first call.
  • Developing processes, protocols, and KPIs that promote growth and continuous improvement.
  • Building strong relationships with schools, referrers, and community networks.
  • Nurturing our admin and clinical teams — fostering collaboration, morale, and excellence.

This is a leadership role where you'll combine business acumen with empathy and vision.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in health, psychology, or medical practice management (5+ years senior admin/management).
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive.
  • A confident communicator with strong leadership skills.
  • Financially savvy, comfortable with billing, reporting, and Medicare processes.
  • Client-centred, compassionate, and committed to delivering a gold-standard experience.
  • Adaptable, intuitive, and solution-focused — someone who thrives in a dynamic clinic environment and wants to take initiative.
