Haben is a privately owned funds and property management business that specialises in unlocking value from retail shopping centres currently located across the East coast of Australia. About the Role
As Tenancy and Leasing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Tenancy Delivery team and Senior Leasing including the General Manager and Regional Managers. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to teams, including presentations and meeting coordination.
  • Tracking tenancy projects and assisting with fit-outs, site access, and logistics.
  • Engaging stakeholders through onboarding and coordination of contractors.
  • Coordinating the production and approval of documents, including leases, tenancy drawings, surveys, and notices.
  • Maintaining compliance records and supporting reporting and process improvement initiatives.

This is a fast-paced coordination role where your ability to juggle lease admin, project tracking, and stakeholder engagement will be key to delivering seamless tenancy outcomes across a national portfolio.

About You
We're looking for someone who brings a proactive mindset, strong coordination skills, and a sharp eye for detail. You'll ideally have:

  • Demonstrated ability to support a national team and meet tight deadlines
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with property management platforms like My Building and Rapid (advantageous)
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and lease contracts (advantageous)
  • A commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation across tenancy delivery
