Personal Assistant Role

We're on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support both leaders of the company.. In this dynamic role, you'll help keep business and personal life running seamlessly – from coordinating across time zones to supporting exciting personal projects. The Role

As a Personal Assistant, you'll provide dedicated support to all members of the team. This role will require exceptional organisation, flexibility, and the ability to handle a wide variety of business and personal support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a busy and ever-changing calendar, including meetings
  • Prepare documentation such as reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Manage inbox and communications, drafting responses and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate travel logistics and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support a range of personal projects, including a home renovation, property management (liaising with trades, managing timelines, sourcing suppliers, etc).
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

About You

You're an independent thinker, resourceful, proactive and always seeking to improve. You have the intuition to read between the lines, the confidence to make decisions (and learn from them), and the professionalism to represent the senior director with the highest level of care and capability. You bring:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a PA or high-level admin support role.
  • Excellent calendar and time zone management skills.
  • Ability to support both business and personal tasks with equal professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Keen implementer of emerging technologies, particularly AI
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to juggle competing priorities with a calm and can-do attitude.
  • Discretion, maturity and attention to detail.
