One of our clients is looking for an exceptional Sales Consultant to join their rapidly expanding business. You'll be tasked with closing sales and answering customer questions via inbound phone calls and need to be able to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively, and help customers find solutions to problems.

What You'll Be Doing

• You'll be closing B2C sales and answering customer questions by phone with energy, enthusiasm and warmth
• Diagnose and solve the customer's problem via phone, email and live chat
• Collaborating with the team to escalate complex issues and ensure client satisfaction
• Documenting client interactions, feedback, and resolutions using HubSpot and backend systems
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager
• Ensuring customers feel valued and supported throughout their experience.

What We're Looking For

You're likely a great fit if you have:

• Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written communication)
• You're a natural closer with the ability to speak easily, confidently, and persuasively
• Great problem-solving ability
• Prior experience in a B2C closing role
• Personal integrity and conscientiousness
• Strong orientation on task completion, results, and strategic goals
• Team player
• Continuous learner who strives to better themselves daily
• Absolutely love sales

You'll stand out if you have

• At least 2 years in a similar role with closing experience
• Demonstrated experience closing sales over the phone
• Demonstrated proficiency in using HubSpot or a similar CRM
• Experience with a telephony platform like Zoom Contact Center, Genesys, etc.
