We are looking for a
Lead Insights Analyst
to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven decisions across the business. This position combines
hands-on analytics expertise with people leadership
, guiding a small team to deliver actionable insights through data storytelling and best-in-class visualisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering growth, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to drive business visibility.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across operations, sales, and customer experience.
  • Ensure high standards of data governance, accuracy, and accessibility across the organisation.
  • Champion data-driven decision making, embedding analytics into day-to-day business processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Analyst with a strong record of people management or team leadership.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modelling, dashboard design).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills – able to explain technical concepts in a simple, business-friendly way.
  • A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
