The Opportunity

We are seeking a Data & Insights Analyst to help transform operational data into meaningful insights that guide strategic and day-to-day decision-making across the business.

This role will work closely with stakeholders across operations, corporate services, and leadership to deliver impactful dashboards, analyse performance trends, support compliance and policy development, and optimise tools and processes to improve how data is used across the organisation.

What You'll Do

  • Collate and analyse operational data from diverse sources (CRM, finance, WHS reports, etc.)
  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports using Excel and Power BI
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support development and review of operational policies and procedures
  • Contribute to strategic and operational projects, including tracking progress and reporting outcomes
  • Work with internal stakeholders to improve tools, automate processes, and enhance overall data quality
  • Assist in monitoring social media and communication metrics
  • Provide project coordination and administrative support for continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You're a detail-oriented and curious data professional with a knack for solving problems and turning data into stories. You enjoy working with others to improve systems, align operations with strategy, and make a real impact.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written communication and report writing ability
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities independently and work collaboratively
  • Experience in policy development or support within a regulated setting

Desirable

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation tools
  • Exposure to project coordination or formal project management certification
  • Familiarity with social media and digital communication analytics
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g. WHS, environmental)
