My client is looking for a Lead Insights Analyst to bridge the gap between business leaders and technical teams, driving the delivery of impactful analytics that shape strategy, operations, and growth. This is a role where your insights truly matter.

About the Role
The Lead Insights Analyst will lead end-to-end delivery of data insights, analytics projects, and Power BI solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives. You'll collaborate closely with finance, operations, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data-driven insights.
Your mission is to enhance enterprise data capabilities, boost confidence in analytics across the organization, and drive adoption of data solutions. Ultimately, you'll play a key role in maturing a Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence, creating a community of super users, and embedding analytics into the culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of analytics projects from end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Analyse complex financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and tailor insights accordingly.
- Build frameworks for measuring data product success and user adoption.
- Promote a strong data culture, providing actionable insights that influence business decisions.
- Ensure data models are scalable, optimized, and aligned with reporting and analytics needs.
- Participate in defining technical standards, data governance, and best practices.
- Work closely with Data Engineers, Insight Analysts, and Digital teams to implement solutions efficiently.
- Act as a delivery lead, coordinating cross-functional teams to execute analytics projects successfully.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in Business Intelligence/Data & Analytics roles.
- 6+ years in Database Design, Integration & Dimensional Modelling.
- 6+ years Power BI experience (must-have).
- Proven experience leading analytics delivery teams and large D&A projects.
- Strong expertise in SQL, relational databases, and data warehouse design.
- Experience in enterprise data solutions, including data integration, migration, quality assessment, and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to challenge and guide business requirements.
- Experience with modern analytics platforms (Azure Synapse, AWS, Snowflake) is a plus.
- Previous experience in financial reporting or the property industry is advantageous.
