Marketing Administrative Assistant – Skincare Industry

Looking for your first step into marketing? Join our fast-paced, passionate team and work across a portfolio of leading Australian and global skincare brands. This is the perfect role if you're organised, proactive and ready to play a vital part in keeping campaigns, events and digital channels running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule and publish social media posts and group content
  • Upload monthly product launches, promotions and resources to our websites
  • Monitor live campaigns and coordinate updates with the team
  • Maintain and update contact databases for EDMs and communications
  • Assist with print jobs, activations and partnerships
  • Provide administrative support for events, photoshoots and distributor requests
  • Respond to Facebook messages and contribute to online community engagement
  • Manage marketing files, resources and general administration tasks

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident managing schedules, updates and deadlines
  • A clear communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Comfortable with process-driven work and supporting a busy team
  • Eager to learn, grow and gain hands-on experience across all areas of marketing in a supportive environment
