Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment? We are a Joinery company based in Western Sydney and are currently seeking a Part-Time Administration Assistant, (with the opportunity to progress to a full-time role),  to support our office and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • General administrative support to the office and project teams
  • Managing phone and email enquiries
  • Preparing and maintaining site documentation, safety records and job files
  • Data entry and filing of quotes, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Scheduling meetings, deliveries, and managing calendars
  • Assisting with compliance paperwork (SWMS, inductions, insurances)
  • Providing support to senior staff and assisting with project coordination

What We are Looking for

  • Previous experience in an administration or office support role (construction or trades background preferred)
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • AR/AP experience with Xero a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a small team
