Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment? We are a Joinery company based in Western Sydney and are currently seeking a Part-Time Administration Assistant, (with the opportunity to progress to a full-time role), to support our office and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- General administrative support to the office and project teams
- Managing phone and email enquiries
- Preparing and maintaining site documentation, safety records and job files
- Data entry and filing of quotes, invoices, and purchase orders
- Scheduling meetings, deliveries, and managing calendars
- Assisting with compliance paperwork (SWMS, inductions, insurances)
- Providing support to senior staff and assisting with project coordination
What We are Looking for
- Previous experience in an administration or office support role (construction or trades background preferred)
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- AR/AP experience with Xero a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and excellent time management
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a small team
