About the role:

We're looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Admin Assistant to support the service department. This role is ideal for someone who has a keen eye for detail and thrives being apart of a team and help keep things running smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks within the Service Department

  • Answering phone calls and responding to service-related enquiries

  • Booking and scheduling service appointments

  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry

  • Providing general support to the service team as needed

We're looking for

  • Previous admin or customer service experience (automotive industry a plus but not essential)

  • Confident communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, etc.)
