About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join the Sheridan team our team at our Arncliffe Sheridan Outlet store.
This is a permanent part time position offering 36.5 hours per week. You will also be able to enjoy a monthly 3 day weekend long weekend.

Duties
- Leading and inspiring your team to achieve store sales and KPI targets
- Store operations including managing and prioritising large volumes of stock
- Facilitating VM in a fast-paced environment, using initiative and quick decision making to maximise sales opportunities
- Driving a high performing team culture, committed to providing outstanding customer service

Skills + Experience
- Previous people management experience, preferably in retail
- Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to coach and lead a team effectively to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Ability to develop a strong product knowledge with a passion and drive for selling
