We're Hiring: Assistant Coordinator – Outside School Hours Care

St Francis Xavier's Catholic Primary School, Arncliffe

We're looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to support our Before and After School Care service at St Francis Xavier's, Arncliffe.

Permanent part-time (30 hours/week) – Term time only, split shifts

Work onsite in a dedicated space at a beautiful school location

Ongoing support, training, and career growth with SCECS

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support a team of enthusiastic educators to deliver awesome before and after school experiences
• Help plan and run fun, engaging, and safe programs that spark creativity and joy
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the school community
• Manage daily bookings and safety checks to keep everything running smoothly and safely

What You'll Need:

• A childcare qualification (or be actively working towards one)
• Previous experience in OSHC or a similar setting
• Current Child Protection and First Aid certifications
• A valid NSW Working With Children Check
