In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our strata clients receive top-tier financial management services. If you're an experienced bookkeeper with strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset, we'd love to hear from you

What You'll Be Doing:

• Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records for our strata clients, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Invoice Processing: Handle and verify invoices for strata schemes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Strata Fee Administration: Prepare and process monthly strata fee invoices and payments.
• Annual Financials & Budgets: Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and budgets for strata schemes.
• Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to strata owners and executive committees.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our strata management team to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Compliance & Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with strata legislation and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: At least 2 years' experience in bookkeeping or accounts, preferably in strata management or property.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Strata Master, MYOB, Xero, or similar accounting software.
Attention to Detail: Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for accuracy.
Customer Service: Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering great service.
Microsoft Office Proficiency: Especially Excel for financial tracking and reporting.
Strata Knowledge (Desirable): Familiarity with strata legislation and regulations is a plus
