About Us

Certify You supports individuals across Australia in navigating the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process. We assist experienced individuals in preparing and organising their evidence for submission to a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), who further assesses competency and issues nationally recognised qualifications once candidates meet the course requirements.

We pride ourselves on an efficient 3-step process (Free Skills Check → Expert Review → Certification) that typically takes just 4–8 weeks, making qualifications more accessible and hassle-free.

Role: Education Advisor

Start Date: 2nd October 2025

Interview Date: 22nd September 2025

You Will Be Responsible For:

· Engaging with prospective clients across online platforms—answering queries, guiding them through the RPL process, and encouraging them to complete the free skills check.

· Assessing client eligibility, gathering information, and matching their skills with suitable qualifications.

· Communicating across a wide range of trade industries—such as automotive, engineering, building, and more—ensuring clarity and confidence in our services.

· Providing empathetic, clear, and professional support tailored to each individual's background, experience, and future goals.

· Collaborating with the Certify You team to improve workflows, outreach, and client onboarding.

What We're Looking For:

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Experience in consultative selling or soft sales, preferably within education, training, vocational support, or related fields (RPL knowledge is a plus).

· Confidence in handling inquiries via phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and SMS.

· A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to explain processes in simple, clear terms.

Salary & Earnings

OTE (On Target Earnings): $110,000 – $130,000

· Base salary: $49,600 – $60,000

· Sponsorship opportunities available for suitably qualified candidates
