We're The Headache and Pain Management Centre — a well-known physio practice in Annerley with a reputation for helping our patients not just get better, but stay better. We're growing fast, and we need another energetic, switched-on team member to help us hit the next level.

You'll be the right hand for our CEO and physios – keeping our clinic humming, spreading our message to the community, and helping patients connect with the care they need. This role is part marketing dynamo, part admin superstar, and all about creating a brilliant experience for patients and the wider community.

What You'll Do
Marketing & Growth
- Create and roll out marketing campaigns across social, email, and text.
- Respond to social media interactions with a view to building leads — and closing them.
- Help design and implement funnels in our CRM.
- Generate content in Canva (and with freelancers where needed).
- Keep a social/email content calendar on track.
- Update our website with blogs, videos, and team news.
- Report weekly on key marketing performance metrics.
Clinic Support
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer phone/email enquiries and schedule appointments.
- Process patient payments.
- Support the CEO and physios with admin (letters, data entry, filing, etc.).
What You'll Need
- Strong character, positive attitude, and professional behaviour.
- Confident with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube posting & scheduling.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Familiarity with Canva or video editing (Adobe Suite a bonus).
- Comfortable learning cloud-based marketing/CRM software
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to be accountable, coachable, and live our Core Values.
The Details
Hours:
- Mon: 10:30am – 5:00pm
- Tue: 9:30am – 7:00pm
- Wed: 10:30am – 5:00pm
- Thu: 9:30am – 7:00pm
- Fri: 9:00am – 5:00pm
(If you can't commit to these hours, this role isn't for you.)
Start Date: Immediate (we'll wait a little for the right person).
Reports To: CEO.
