 to step into a pivotal, full-time role that blends reception, accounts, and administration.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Administration & Office Management:
     General office duties, coordinating email, and booking couriers.
  • Financial Support:
     Managing end-to-end purchasing documentation, processing data into our accounting software (experience with an accounting software a plus), and assisting with 
    Accounts Receivable
    .
  • Sales Team Support:
     Acting as a key enthusiastic team member, demonstrating initiative to support our Sales team and assisting with processing sales orders.
  • Customer Service & Reception:
     Being the friendly, professional first point of contact for clients (in-person and over the phone).

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Personality:
     An 
    outgoing, friendly, and professional
     approach.
  • Skills:
     Exceptional communication skills and 
    high attention to detail
     (a must).
  • Technical:
     Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly 
    Excel
    .
  • Experience:
     Previous experience in a reception or accounts role is 
    beneficial but not essential
    —we value initiative and attitude
  • Eligibility:
     Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate visa).
