LJ Hooker Property Partners is a leading residential real estate agency in the southern suburbs of Brisbane. Our agency offers clients the expertise and knowledge of an industry-leader, all while providing a personal touch. We are results driven and believe our success derives from our customer care focus, as we show empathy to our clientele and really listen to their needs. However, we also believe work culture is important in our success, and take care of our staff by providing excellent facilities, support, training and fun yearly events.

We have three offices at Sunnybank Hills, Mount Gravatt and Forest Lake with a growing team of sales agents and property managers that require the expertise of a full-time copywriter and assistant marketing coordinator. This role will entail assisting the team in writing property advertisements which will appear on all our marketing collateral and website portals as well as completing daily marketing and administrative tasks and running errands as needed.

The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

· Must hold a degree in creative/professional writing

· Must have excellent written communication skills

· Must have a thorough knowledge of grammar and punctuation

· Must be able to weave a captivating story

· Must have good attention to detail

· Must have excellent computer skills

· Must be highly organised and self-motivated

· Must hold an unrestricted driver's licence

· Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Experience in a similar role is not essential as on the job training will be provided, but you will be required to provide a sample of your writing for review. Working hours will be 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
