Administration & Loan Assistant

The Position
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented administrative and loan assistant to support a financial brokerage firm two days a week, working remotely with the ad hoc requirement to visit the Brisbane CBD office. You will assist with loan processing tasks, administration, client communications, documentation preparation and quality control. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a flexible working environment and is seeking to advance their career within financial services.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organise loan application documentation, ensuring all required forms, financial statements, identification and supporting documents are collected and complete.
- Liaise with clients to gather missing information, answer questions, and keep them updated on loan progress.
- Input and maintain data in loan management systems; ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Support brokers with administrative tasks (e.g. scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing summary reports).
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure all client data is managed in compliance with relevant privacy and lending regulations.
Skills & Experience
- Prior experience working in administration is required, however experience in loan support and mortgage broking is not essential.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); ability to liaise with clients professionally and clearly.
- High attention to detail, with good organisational and time-management skills.
