About the Role
As
Assistant Marketing Manager
, you will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that strengthen Sentinel's corporate brand. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll help deliver consistent messaging across digital platforms, investor communications, and promotional campaigns. This role blends creativity, organisation, and commercial insight in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

About Us
Sentinel Property Group is a leading property investment fund with over $2 billion in Assets Under Management (AUM), delivering 20.03% Internal Rate of Return (IRR) per annum across over $1 billion in historical transactions. We manage 61 commercial properties in 15 active trusts, including flagship assets like Caneland Central and Casuarina Square. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing corporate marketing campaigns and digital strategies
- Contribute to website content, social media, newsletters, and investor communications
- Help coordinate external suppliers and marketing resources
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and collateral
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and support reporting
- Support event planning, PR activities, and content development
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager and team
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years' senior marketing experience across retail, property, leasing, branding, or agency environments (essential)
- Proven ability in strategic
brand management
and corporate positioning. - Experience managing and mentoring team members to achieve high performance (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (CMS, social media, analytics platforms)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively
- Creative mindset with a willingness to contribute fresh ideas
