About the role

This is a part-time construction administration role within Second2None Constructions' office in Catani, VIC 3981. As a Construction Administrator, you will play a crucial supporting role, providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of ongoing construction projects.

This position requires 10-15 hours per week.

What you'll be doing

  1. Organising and maintaining project files and documentation
  2. Providing administrative support to the construction management team
  3. Coordinating with employees, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely information flow
  4. Assisting with the preparation of progress reports, invoices, and other project-related documentation
  5. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and site visits
  6. Performing data entry and general office tasks as required
