This is a fast-pace and diverse **12-Month Maternity Leave Cover Full-Time 5-days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.** role located within the vibrant Home & Land Geelong team. Support our Sales team in the Coordination, Administration and Delivery of House and Land Packages.

Reporting to the Sales & Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Use of Metricon's automated software to accurately site up the home and ensure site costs are in line with statutory requirements & developer covenants
- Create House and Land packages across Greenfield Estates in SQS in line with packaging directions
- Maintain House & Land internal workflow
- Monitor and report packaging status in conjunction with available land
- Identify solutions to achieve the package requests whilst complying with company design guidelines
- Maintain a thorough and current understanding of all relevant regulatory requirements; DA, CDC requirements and developer guidelines in relation to land development and residential construction

- A Genuine interest and passion for the Building, Construction & Property Industry, Essential
- Minimum 1 years experience in Building/Construction/Property or Real Estate Industry, Highly Desirable
- Certification/Diploma in Building/Construction or equivalent, highly regarded
- Intermediate knowledge of construction processes and details
- Competent Microsoft Office suite computer skills, particularly in Excel

**This role requires a national police check to be undertaken on the successful applicant.
