Approvals Coordinator with an emphasis on structured and efficient administration.

You will need excellent attention to detail, be comfortable using Windows and the MS Office suite.

Familiarity with WorkflowMax and Xero would be a bonus. Most importantly, you will need to have a can-do attitude, a good sense of humour and an open mind in order to grow with the forthcoming expansion of this company.

**Duties include**:

- Contractor Co-ordination and Administration
- Preparation of documents for Compliance Assessment
- Preparing plans for bushfire assessment
- Assisting technical staff with day-to-day administrative duties
- Preparing final approval documents to lodge with Government Departments
- Prepare Fee Proposals for pricing
- Manage compliance in WorkflowMax
- Human Resources & Maintain Employee files
- Office Management
- Assist Consultants with formatting of Documents (Advanced level on Word)
- Coordinate preparation of end of month/quarter presentations
- Assist in implementing new systems or process improvements
- Assist Business/Operations Supervisor with Payroll, AP/AR and general finance support
- Create/update templates
- Website & Social Media updates
- Ad hoc projects
- Organise and maintain electronic documents
- Most importantly - you will need a can-do attitude, an open mind and be able to work in a team environment to ensure the smooth running and operations of the company office.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:
Highly Regarded
- Tertiary qualification in a Building Construction related discipline or an Office

Management Qualification
- Proven experience in coordinating staff.

Desirable
- Extensive experience and competency in the Building Construction Industry and in dealing with the building approval processes.

**Other skills**:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Well-developed decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret maps and plans.
- Good teamwork and team building skills
- High level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
- Ability to prioritise workload, maintain flexibility, meet deadlines and drive projects.
