Marketing Coordinator

Scott Group is a family-owned business with some ambitious growth plans. Our marketing team is gearing up for a big year, and we're on the lookout for someone energetic and enthusiastic to join us. We want someone who can jump right in, help build our brands, boost sales, and contribute to our vibrant culture focused on people.
The Scott Group is made up of leading Australian manufacturing companies, including Timberline, a high-end bathroom products brand; Uniplan, one of the top modular builders in Australia; and SilkSurface, a top player in the solid surface market. Each of our brands has its own identity and marketing needs, which range from sharing our brand stories through various channels to engaging customers in person and using innovative ways to drive sales.
We have a skilled in-house creative and content team that also works closely with agency partners selected for their expertise and alignment with our business values. We work hard, but we also believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance for our team.
As part of our expansion, we're opening this opportunity to candidates outside our immediate region. We're flexible in how you work with us, whether that's based locally, working remotely, or a hybrid arrangement. What matters most is your ability to collaborate effectively and bring fresh ideas to the team, wherever you're located.
What's on offer
Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a marketing coordinator to oversee a variety of dynamic projects. You'll be supported by an amazing team, equipped with the best tools and resources available.
Collaboration is essential to our success, so we are looking for someone who not only gets things done but also makes a positive impact along the way. We can share the technical know-how, but we really want you to bring your positive energy and fresh ideas to the table.
The role
- Help lead integrated campaigns and oversee our regular digital communications across our portfolio of brands.
- You'll support the team to ensure everything is completed on schedule, contributing to our overall business goals.
- Coordinate content and product shoots from the briefing stage through to managing their usage.
- Assist with strategic marketing projects and initiatives by scheduling meetings, tracking timelines, and managing assets.
- Collaborate with both our internal teams in sales, operations, and customer experience, as well as external suppliers, to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
What we're looking for
- A people person - Although we are a manufacturing business, we understand that it takes a whole team of smart, committed individuals to achieve our goals. We are interested to hear from people from a range of backgrounds.
- Make work that works - Our team is dedicated to building the brands across our group, focusing on creating work that makes a real difference to our business's bottom line.
- Ambitious with room to grow - We are building our team for future success, offering real opportunities for development and helping to guide our team in new directions.
What you can expect
- Work options that fit your lifestyle
- A position that offers a mix of tasks, accountability, and genuine influence
- A team that's hands-on and focused on achieving results
- Programs that recognize your efforts, and an enjoyable office atmosphere
If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact, grow your skills, and be part of a passionate and supportive team, we'd love to hear from you. For more information about this exciting opportunity, please contact Matt Scott - Chief Marketing Officer on
Please note, only successful applicants will be contacted.
