Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our dynamic Industrial & Logistics team based in Newcastle. This multi-faceted role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to many aspects of the real estate industry. This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills and grow within a highly motivated and successful team.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with Agents to coordinate and prepare reports, submissions and documentation for sales and lease transactions.
  • Support the production of high-quality marketing materials and agency documents, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
  • Update the company database, including listing information and uploading to website as required by Agents to ensure that client and property information is accurate.
  • Manage online property listings across Colliers and external platforms, while liaising with suppliers to coordinate marketing assets and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within the property or professional services sector.
  • Tertiary qualification in Property or Marketing is desirable although not essential.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate skills across Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
