Your primary purpose will be to assist the Marketing Manager in delivering against the specified targets and priorities for Newcastle Anglican Schools Corporation, with a particular focus on Lakes Grammar Anglican School.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive alignment and collaboration between all Newcastle Anglican Schools, by providing centralised brand-level marketing support.
• Provide targeted marketing support to Lakes Grammar: An Anglican School.
• Develop and foster relationships and alignment between Newcastle Anglican Schools and Newcastle Anglican's other agencies.
• Coordinate marketing projects to ensure key project outcomes are achieved and resources are utilised efficiently.
• Coordinate and contribute to the delivery of Brand, Marketing and Communications strategic and operational objectives.
• Support the digital application and optimisation elements of Newcastle Anglican websites and social media platforms, including database management.
• Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and maintain positive stakeholder engagement (internal and external).
• Provide support for general Brand, Marketing and Communications activities, including events and projects, at discretion of Marketing Manager.

About you?

• Undergraduate qualification in relevant field, or extensive relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing and brand management. .
• Relevant experience in project management and/or tools.
• Ability to plan, implement and evaluate brand, marketing projects, and assist with school/brand communications.
• Experience in social media management.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, internally and externally.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and well-developed problem-solving skills.
• High-level computer skills, particularly fluent with Microsoft Office products, digital platforms, and project management software.
• A creative person with demonstrated experience across a diverse range of media applications.
• Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to challenges.
• Planning, administrative, organisational, and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated capacity to operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment and manage complexity, drive change and effectively manage projects.
• Experience working with external agencies.
• Experience in communications (highly desirable).
• Provide graphic design services and support for: marketing and promotional materials, including digital assets, advertisements, brochures, flyers, corporate materials.
• Videography/editing and/or photography skills/knowledge.
• Adobe InDesign/Canva/Premiere Pro/Photoshop experience.
