About the role
As our Assistant Marketing Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping how people see, feel, and connect with Montgomery Homes. You'll work closely with our Head of Sales & Marketing to deliver campaigns that build awareness, attract leads, and showcase why Montgomery Homes is one of NSW's most trusted home builders.
You'll be involved in everything from brand strategy and campaign execution to digital performance and creative direction. If you love switching between big-picture strategy and the small details that make a campaign sing - this is your chance.
What you'll do
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix including digital, social, outdoor, radio, TV and more.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality content, advertising, campaigns and promotions.
- Support the rollout of new display homes, design launches, and brand partnerships (including our Shaynna Blaze brand ambassador collaboration).
- Analyse campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare marketing reports and insights for leadership.
- Oversee website content, SEO updates, and digital lead-generation initiatives.
- Assist with marketing automation, events and CRM-driven campaigns.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Guide marketing team members and assist in managing external vendors.
- Conduct consumer research to uncover insights, map customer journeys, and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
- Perform competitor analysis to benchmark offers, campaigns, and positioning, feeding insights back into strategic decisions.
What you'll bring:
- 3–5 years of marketing experience in a similar position
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple agencies and suppliers simultaneously while keeping timelines and budgets on track.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign strategy, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and project management skills - you're calm under pressure and know how to get things done.
- A degree in Marketing or Communication
- A balance of creativity and commercial thinking - you can spot a great idea and know how to measure its impact.
