About the role

This full-time opportunity is perfect for a hands-on Marketing Specialist with experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including sales agents, developers, marketing agencies, suppliers and advertising agencies, the role has a key responsibility to assist with property marketing campaigns, brand campaigns and assisting with the overall development and growth of the portfolio of brands that the Commercial Collective marketing team oversees.

The ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines is key to being successful in this role.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute tactical marketing campaigns to build awareness and leads
  • Execute and manage the major quarterly campaign across a range of marketing channels including digital and traditional marketing.
  • Manage social media platforms including organic posts and paid advertising following the content strategy already in place.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and agencies to book and deliver cost-effective tactical campaigns in line with the marketing plan
  • Coordinate the production and review of media assets across the full range of marketing platforms: digital, traditional, social channels.
  • Maintain regular reporting across all campaigns and channels
  • Proactively look for new opportunities to grow our campaigns and reach new audiences- your ideas matter.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across a range of channels
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, keeping them on time and on budget
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective communication internally and with external stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and problem solve
  • Ability to look beyond the status quo and find new opportunities for growing the brand and effectiveness of our campaigns
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite and an understanding of how to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar relevant field

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of indesign is a bonus but not essential.
  • Knowledge of the property/ real estate industry (nice to have but not essential- marketing is a transferable skill between industries after all).
