The Company

Our client is a top representative body and leading training provider for real estate practitioners in Victoria. They have over 2,000 enrolled students studying for a qualification in the real estate profession. Their training programs are delivered by qualified and experienced property professionals who are active in the industry and at the forefront of changes happening within it today.

The Role

As a Training Administrator, you will provide effective administrative support to students and the internal team. You will play a key role in the enrolment process and updating and maintaining accurate student information, documentation and communications.

This is a temporary role being offered from for an inital 4-6 week period.

The location is Abbotsford, VIC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage phone and email enquiries, providing prompt feedback and follow-up to ensure all enquiries are resolved in a timely manner
  • Assisting in conducting information session, pre-training reviews, welcome calls and sending enrolment paperwork out
  • Auditing completion files and issuing Certificate
  • Providing unit access to the learners from Student Management System (aXcelerate)
  • Assisting in providing access of Learning Management system to the students
  • Maintain regular communication with applicants to ensure timely completion of the enrolment requirements and provide necessary support throughout the process
  • Thoroughly check the documentation provided by applicants to verify their eligibility and suitability for the course in accordance with procedural and AVETMISS requirements
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry into Axcelerate (student management system), ensuring that the integrity of all data can be validated, and that reporting reflects accurate information
  • Provide superior and efficient administrative support to learners, trainers, team members and other stakeholders.

The Successful Candidate

  • Previous experience working in a Registered Training Organisation (Desirable)
  • Experience with Student Management System (aXcelerate) (Desirable)
  • Experience using a Learning Management System and MS Office suite (Desirable)
  • Proficiency in computer skills (essential)
  • Meticulous in reviewing and verifying documentation and data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • High-level organisational skills with an ability to independently manage workload and prioritise tasks to meet team goals
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Demonstrable ability to contribute to a positive and ethical culture
