Just Careers Training are seeking an Customer Service and Administration Officerfor our expanding Sunshine West Training Site. The role will be reporting directly to the Branch Manager.

This is a Part-Time role. This role requires you to work weekends.

Your duties will include:

  • Customer Service - at Licences 4 Work it is all about great customer service
  • Serving customers, processing payments, taking new bookings over the phone and in person, meeting student needs
  • Administrative duties - Data entry, file management, lodgments, contacting students
  • General office duties

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • excellent computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships with all clients & stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Bubbly and bright personality that can working in a multi-skilled and multicultural team.

If you have previous RTO experience then this will be extremely advantageous for you.
