Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrator at Melbourne Tech Institute located in Melbourne, VIC, with some work from home flexibility. The Administrator will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting the coordination of courses, handling student inquiries, maintaining student records, and assisting with compliance and reporting requirements. The role will also involve coordinating with instructors and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Administrative and organizational skills, including proficiency in managing records and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle student inquiries and coordinate with staff
- Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in the education or training sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
