Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrator. The Administrator will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with training and accreditation standards, maintaining student records, and providing administrative support to staff and students. The role is located in Melbourne, VIC, but some work-from-home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in administrative tasks including maintaining records and providing support
- Proficiency in compliance and accreditation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using office software and technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the education or training sector is a plus
- Relevant qualifications or a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field
