Steeline FNW is a leading supplier of steel building products across Queensland, known for our reliability, quality, and down-to-earth team culture. We're looking for an organised, proactive and positive Administration Support superstar to join our Brisbane team.

About the Role

In this fast-paced admin role, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations. You'll work closely with our sales, production, dispatch and leadership teams to ensure smooth workflows and outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support across sales, operations and customer service
  • Managing emails, data entry, order processing and general clerical tasks
  • Assisting with scheduling, customer follow-ups and workflow coordination
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting internal reporting
  • Liaising professionally with internal and external stakeholders
