About the Role

We're currently seeking a self-driven Scheduling / Operations Coordinator to join our Queensland team, covering scheduling and operational administration including invoicing and queries.

Key Responsibilities

As our Scheduling / Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our builders receive positive experience. You will be at the heart of our operations keeping everything running smoothly:

  • Managing purchase and sales orders, setting up projects in our ERP system, and coordinating schedules with supervisors, clients, and sub-contractors.
  • Handling data entry, invoicing, and addressing customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Keeping a close eye on sales and invoicing, making sure everything reconciles perfectly.
  • Offering exceptional after-sales support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.

  • Has experience with Sage.
  • Innovative, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • A quick learner, with a knack for picking up new software and processes.
