FCF is a leading Fire and Electrical Services provider. We specialise in installing, testing & maintaining fire safety systems & electrical equipment.

Our office is located in Meadowbrook with a service area covering Southside of Brisbane and Gold Coast.

We are seeking a full time Administration Support team member to assist with our growth and providing our customers with superior service.

Our team consists of Fire Technician's, Electrician's, Fire Safety Advisor's and Business Support staff.

Your role is integral to maintain smooth operations, provide top notch service, maintaining compliance to Australian Standards & Legislation and to continue to take on additional work while keeping a strong focus on service and quality with every client.

The role includes but is not limited to the below tasks:

  • Actioning calls and emails
  • Processing leads and quotes
  • Raising and scheduling jobs
  • Liaising with customers and technicians
  • Invoicing
  • Contactor management
  • Data entry and producing reports
  • Maintaining compliance documentation
  • Assisting other team members as necessary

Experience in the below will be highly regarded:

  • simPRO Software
  • Fire or electrical trade industry background

You will require:

  • Own transport to and from work
  • Drivers Licence
  • Able to start work at 730am Monday to Friday
  • Excellent work ethic with strong customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive mindset
  • Can do attitude
