About the role:

We are currently looking for a dedicated Business Administration Trainee to join our Brisbane team. The role will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and office support activities.

This role is based in Meadowbrook. You will participate in a 12-month Business Administration traineeship through TAFE, and this role would suit someone who has recently completed their Year 12 looking to move into a business administration career.

During your traineeship, you will become involved in:

  • Administrative and clerical duties
  • Inbox and portal management
  • Collection of data and data entry
  • Schedule meetings, welcome clients, guests and employees
  • Record keeping and archiving
  • Provide backup support to the office administration/co-ordinating team as required

What you will need to succeed:

  • Essential Criteria: Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge and interest in clerical and administrative procedures and systems
  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
  • Do not have Cert III or above qualifications in Business or Administration
  • Driver license and own car (due to office location)
