About The Role

The Sales Support role is a very exciting role with the opportunity to grow and develop your career within the Sales environment. In this role you are required to:

  • Cater to existing customers and offer excellent levels of Customer service
  • Assist Sales Managers with the design team with queries and assisting with appointment management
  • Follow up Calls with Customer to ensure the experience has been exceptional.
  • Effective lead database management
  • Confirm and allocate designer appointments when necessary, looking after existing and new appointments
  • Ability to work with our internal systems with fine attention to detail by producing variations, stone & glass costings, contracts and answering customer queries
  • Managing the area sales manager Appointment Diaries
  • Taking calls from showrooms for availability
